Your mixology lessons include the techniques and correct use of the barkeep’s tools and techniques\, and Raising the Bar’s resident historian\, Renée shares how these drinks shaped 20th-century drinking culture. \nDevelop your palate and learn the mixologist’s techniques for making drinks. Enjoy appetizers\, and take home your recipe booklet to continue your cocktail explorations at home. This interactive cocktail class combines history and mixology.
