Learn how the forces of 19th-century drinking culture\, Prohibition\, war\, and tourism brought together the rise of Tiki culture. Immerse yourself in the stories and master the techniques that ushered in what people drank on the islands and the mainland while enjoying these tropical delights. \nJoin expert mixologist Simon Moorby and cocktail historian Renée Cebula for a delicious and historical exploration of the iconic drinks called Tiki. \nTickets are $75 per person. Your ticket includes: \n\nThree crafted drinks\nMixology and history lessons\nAppetizers\nA cocktail recipe booklet\n\nClass includes a bartending station for each pair of guests\, fresh-made and prepped ingredients\, and vintage glassware.
