Hear the stories and make the drinks. \n  \nClass begins with dinner from Chef Frank: focaccia bread\, Commelllini Ceasar Salad\, and a Pasta Bar Buffet Featuring three of the Commellini Estate Historical Sauces\, including our Spaghetti with Gina’s Vegetable Marinara\, Fettuccine and Albert’s White Wine Alfredo\, and Rigatoni and Leda’s Meat Sauce. \nThe Cocktail Class set-up includes bartending stations with all the necessary tools\, fresh-made syrups and juices\, prepped and ready ingredients\, and vintage glassware.
