Anu’s talent and passion have earned her a nomination for this year’s James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Professional in Cocktail Service\, making this class an event you won’t want to miss!\nDiscover the often-overlooked stories of women who have played pivotal roles in drinking culture\, from Martha Washington and Colonial tavern owners to the trailblazers of the cocktail Renaissance in the early 2000s.
