Our spring cocktail class with Hogwash Whiskey Den is about gin: the origins, the journey, and once to America, its prominence in American cocktail culture. And, of course, the drinks.

This gin-inspired interactive class will enlighten the gin enthusiast while mixing and sipping a chronology of 3 gin-based drinks. Gin has a distinctive history, from the streets of Rotterdam to American bathtubs during prohibition and from gin houses to clubhouses. Hear the stories and make the drinks. 

Class set-up includes bartending stations with all the necessary tools, fresh-made syrups and juices, prepped and ready ingredients, and vintage glassware. Shake, swirl, and sip in style as you deepen your knowledge of cocktails and develop your palate. 

Three cocktails, mixology and history lessons, appetizers, and a cocktail booklet to take home and continue the fun.
