What is gin? What are the classic gin cocktails? Was gin made in bathtubs during Prohibition? This gin-focused interactive class will answer these questions and more. Learn about the origin of gin and its history alongside mixing and enjoying three gin cocktails. 

Hogwash Whiskey Den’s master mixologist, Simon, guides you through the use of tools and techniques. Raising the Bar’s cocktail historian, Renée tells the stories behind this popular spirit. 

Class set-up includes bartending stations with all the necessary tools, fresh-made and prepped ingredients, and vintage glassware. Shake, swirl, and sip in style as you deepen your knowledge of cocktails and develop your palate.
