This class explores the story of the ingredient that Hemingway  described as “that opaque, bitter, tongue-warming, brain-warming, idea-changing liquid alchemy.” From Picasso to Toulouse-Lautrec, absinthe enjoyed popularity among Parisian artists and other creative types. Today, the formula has changed and absinthe is enjoying a resurgence of popularity. Join us for an evening of creating classic drinks with a French flair. Absinthe, in addition to complimentary base spirits, fresh juices and syrups, and our house-made cocktail bitters will be the focus of the evening’s libations.
