Tiffin-Franciscan Handblown Gold-Band Cordial Glasses

Sweet set of 4 cordial glasses from one of America’s foremost glass companies, Tiffin-Franciscan. Rimmed with a lovely gold-encrusted band of flourishes, each cordial glass features a paneled glass bowl and gold edge base. Perfect for ports and cordials and a lovely presentation for liqueurs with dessert. This set of 4 cordials were made by the Tiffin-Franciscan Company. Before this company merged, Tiffin had been at the forefront of U.S. glassmaking since the 1880s and promoted as “America’s Prestige Crystal” in the 1920s.

This set features handblown paneled glass bowls with a gold-encrusted band of flourish and additional gold bands around the bowl and the base. These lovelies are 4-inch tall with a 1-5/8 inch opening and hold 3/4 oz. Cordials and liqueurs are the sweetest of all libations with high alcohol content. Glasses made for these liquid treats typically hold an ounce or less.

These are vintage glasses. They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, cloudiness, or discoloration.
